Otok Vis - istočna obala, prodajemo jedinstveno poljoprivredno zemljište površine 23453 m2 kojeg kao cjelinu čine tri dijela. Asfaltirana cesta dijeli gornji i donji dio zemljišta, što ga za otočke prilike čini još poželjnijim zbog pristupa vinogradu i transportu grožđa. Uz cestu je i autentični betonski bazen za prikupljanje crnog i bijelog grožđa, zadržan kao spomenik proteklom vremenu i načinu života na otoku. Na tom dijelu se nalazi zemljište cca 5000m2 pogodan za sadnju smokava ili maslina.
Na kraju drugog dijela je staza kojom se uspinje na povišeni plato sa još jednim vinogradom, uz loze i tridesetak maslina , a pogled se pruža na otoke Hvar, Korčulu i za iznimno bistrih dana, na Palagružu.
Pješčane plaže Stončica i Smokova su u neposrednoj blizini kao i gradić Milna, udaljena 2 km, s poznatim i raznolikim plažama južnog dijela otoka. Grad Vis je udaljen oko 4 km. Island of Vis - eastern coast, we are selling a unique agricultural land covering an area of 23,453 m2, consisting of three parts as a whole. An asphalt road divides the upper and lower parts of the land, making it even more desirable for island conditions due to access to the vineyard and grape transport. At the end of the second part is a path that ascends to an elevated plateau with another vineyard, alongside grapevines and about thirty olive trees, with views extending to the islands of Hvar, Korčula, and on exceptionally clear days, to Palagruža. Otok Vis - istočna obala, vendiamo un unico terreno agricolo di 23453 m2 composto da tre parti. Una strada asfaltata divide la parte superiore e inferiore del terreno, rendendolo ancora più desiderabile per le condizioni insulari grazie all'accesso al vigneto e al trasporto dell'uva. La parte inferiore del campo si trova nella valle, di circa 10000 m2 e consiste in un vigneto di Plavac mali su terreno sabbioso. Lungo la strada passa un sistema idrico con allacciamento pagato, e c'è l'elettricità nelle vicinanze. L'altra parte, sul pendio, è una strada sterrata che attraversa i vigneti superiori decorati in modo tradizionale, con muri a secco fatti a mano, fino a una casa di pietra legalizzata di 24m2 e un serbatoio di 16m2 di fronte ad essa, pronto per la ristrutturazione. Entrambi gli edifici hanno ottenuto un permesso di utilizzo. Lungo la strada c'è anche una piscina di cemento autentica per la raccolta dell'uva nera e bianca, conservata come monumento al passato e allo stile di vita dell'isola.
