20% viška proizvodnje je predviđeno za punjenje električnog automobila.
Ovim zahvatom kuća je postala energetski potpuno neovisna i troškovi stanovanja su svedeni na apsolutni minimum (ostaju samo troškovi vode, odvoza smeća i komunalna naknada).

Außerdem wurden Vorbereitungen für die Installation von 4 Gebläsekonvektoren zur Kühlung getroffen.

Die Basis der Wand- und Dachkonstruktion bilden Holzleimbinder, die Außendämmung besteht aus 16 cm eingespritzter Zellulose und 7 cm Gutex-Platten, verkleidet mit einer Acrylfassade.
Auf dem Haus wurde ein 12-kW-Solarkraftwerk „on grid" installiert, das 120 % des Stroms produziert, der für den vollen Betrieb des Haushalts benötigt wird.
20 % der Überschussproduktion sind für das Laden des Elektroautos vorgesehen.
Mit diesem Eingriff wurde das Haus vollständig energieautark und die Wohnkosten wurden auf ein absolutes Minimum reduziert (nur die Kosten für Wasser, Müllabfuhr und Nebenkosten bleiben).
