Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus einer Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer in einer Einheit, einer Eingangshalle, einem Badezimmer und einer großen Terrasse mit Außenkamin - Grill, und im 1. Stock befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer.
Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Kamin, das Erdgeschoss und der erste Stock des Hauses sind klimatisiert und es wurden Vorbereitungen für eine Zentralheizung getroffen.
Neben dem 50 m² großen Swimmingpool mit Sonnendeck gibt es im Garten auch eine Nebeneinrichtung (Sommerküche, Bad, Abstellraum und Maschinenraum).
