Bujština, the geographical and historical name for the northwestern part of Istria, is an open hilly area not far from the sea and the border with Slovenia. Buje as a center, and the surrounding villages (Momjan, Grožnjan, Brtonigla), are especially attractive for tourists because of the many wine cellars and wine road, as well as the rich gastronomic offer.
In the immediate vicinity of Buje, there is this plot of 540 m2 with a foundation plate, a project and a paid utility fee (without electricity and water). A building permit was also issued for the construction of a prefabricated single-family house with a swimming pool.
