Bis zum Strand sind es 600 m zu Fuß.

Auf der geräumigen Terrasse, die von Grünpflanzen umrahmt ist, haben Sie ein schattiges Plätzchen zum Sitzen und einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Auf dem Grundstück wächst eine Vielzahl von Obstbäumen, wie Apfel, Birne, Trauben,  Feigen, Mandeln, Zitronen, Mandarinen und sogar ein Grapefruitbaum. Selbstverständlich gibt es auch einige Olivenbäume, die hier in keinem Garten fehlen dürfen.
