On the lower floor there is a kitchen with dining area that has access to a large covered terrace and in the extension there is a large storage room and a barbecue place. On the middle floor is the main entrance to the house. There is a covered terrace, living room, pantry, two bathrooms, bedroom, walk-in closet and study. The living room opens onto another terrace. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one workspace area, two terraces, bathroom, sauna, shower, toilet and dressing room. Most rooms have a sea view. The house has central heating with oil heating and several air conditioners. Behind the house is a garden planted with olives and other Mediterranean plants. The house is very nice and pleasant to live.
