BARBAN, okolica, kamena istarska kuća sa eco certificatom

Općina Barban smještena je u Istri jugozapadno od rijeke Raše i sjeverozapadno od Raškog zaljeva gdje ima izlaz na more, nadomak istočne obale Istre, udaljena 20-30 km od gradova na obali, kao što su Pula, Poreč, Rovinj, Labin i Rabac.
Danas, Barban je poznat po viteškoj igri Trka na prstenac koja se tradicionalno održava u kolovozu, od 1976. godine u kontinuitetu, a svoje korijene vuče iz davne 1696. godine. Barban je poznat je i po Fešti smokve i smokvenjaka te drugim manjim manifestacijama koje su se razvile posljednjih desetak godina otkako se ubrzano razvija i seoski turizam. Također, Barban se ponosi dobro očuvanim arhitektonskim zdanjima iz razdoblja baroka i gotike, freskama i glagoljskim zapisima u crkvama Sv. Antuna Opata i Sv. Jakova, Palači Loredan i ostacima gradskih zidina – kulom, velikim i malim vratima.

Nedaleko Barbana nalazi se očaravajuća tradicionalna istarska kuća obnovljena sa puno ljubavi i uloženog truda koji se ističu u svakom detalju.
Za restauraciju su korišteni prirodni materijali,drvo i kamen te se poštivala tradicionalna gradnja.Proteže se kroz prizemlje i kat.

U prizemlju kuće nalazi se open space prostor sa ugradbenom kuhinjom,blagavaonicom ,dnevnim boravkom kojeg krasi starinski kamin i originalne stare pločice.
Staklenim pomičnim stijenama prostor je vezan sa ljetnom kuhinjom ispod natkrivene terase na kojoj možete uživati u hladovini i osvježiti se u bazenu.
Drvenim stepenicama dolazi se na kat gdje su se smjestile tri spavaće sobe i kupaonica.Sve sobe ofarbane su posebnim prirodnim bojama koje kući daju posebnost.

Villa se od samog početka opredijelila za održivi turizam što podrazumijeva život sa što manjim utjecajem na okoliš, odnosno što većim doprinosom u očuvanju prirode.

Što sve ima:

proizvodi vlastitu električnu energiju iz obnovljivih izvora,
reciklira se otpad,
minimalno koriste plastiku u objektu,
koristie eko certificirana sredstva za pranje i čišćenje,
koristie prirodne materijale gdje god je moguće...
Kao garanciju svega navedenog Villa je prošla kroz opsežan postupak eko certificiranja (50 kriterija), pa s ponosom ističe „Eco Domus certifikat.

The municipality of Barban is located in Istria, southwest of the Raša River and northwest of the Raška Bay, where it has access to the sea, close to the east coast of Istria, 20-30 km from coastal cities such as Pula, Poreč, Rovinj, Labin and Rabac.
Today, Barban is known for the knightly game of the Ring Race, which is traditionally held in August, continuously since 1976, and traces its roots back to 1696. Barban is also known for the Festival of figs and fig trees and other smaller events that have developed over the last ten years, since rural tourism has been developing rapidly. Barban is also proud of well-preserved architectural buildings from the Baroque and Gothic periods, frescoes and Glagolitic inscriptions in the churches of St. Anthony Abbot and St. Jakov, the Loredan Palace and the remains of the city walls - the tower, large and small gates.

Not far from Barban, there is a charming traditional Istrian house renovated with a lot of love and effort that stands out in every detail.
For the restoration, natural materials, wood and stone were used, and traditional construction was respected. It extends through the ground floor and first floor.

On the ground floor of the house there is an open space with a built-in kitchen, a dining room, a living room decorated with an antique fireplace and original old tiles.
The space is connected with the summer kitchen under the covered terrace where you can enjoy the shade and refresh yourself in the pool with movable glass walls.
Wooden stairs lead to the first floor where there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. All rooms are painted in special natural colors that give the house its uniqueness.

From the very beginning, the Villa has opted for sustainable tourism, which means living with as little impact on the environment as possible, i.e. as much contribution as possible to the preservation of nature.

What it has:

produces its own electricity from renewable sources,
waste is recycled,
minimal use of plastic in the facility,
use eco-certified washing and cleaning agents,
they use natural materials wherever possible...
As a guarantee of all of the above, the Villa went through an extensive eco-certification procedure (50 criteria), so it proudly points out the "Eco Domus certificate."
