Luksuzna vila prvi red do mora na području Umaga, sastoji se od glavne kuće, te dva apartmana u stražnjem dijelu kuće, a koji mogu biti namijenjeni za goste i za poslugu. Kuća ima sveukupno 8 spavaćih soba i 7 kupaonica. Okoliš krasi mediteransko bilje, bazen površine 28 m2, prostrane terase opločene talijanskom keramikom. Podne obloge koje se prostiru kućom jesu hrastovi parket, mramor, talijanska keramika. U kući smješteni su SPA, teretana, jacuzy, praonica i ljetna kuhinja, kako bi domaćinima i gostima bio pružen potpuni komfor.
U prizemlju smještena je velika terasa koja ima otvoreni pogled na more, uz koju se nalazi bazen, travnata površina i mediteranosko bilje. Unutrašnji prostori projektirani su kako bi se pogled iz dnevnog boravaka prostirao na more i okoliš. Uz dnevni boravak nalazi se kuhinja uz koju se nalazi manja kupaonica za goste. U prizemlju smještena je jedna spavaća soba sa kupaonicom. Ljetna kuhinja je orijentirana prema istočnoj strani i u direktnom je kontaktu sa istočnim vrtom. Hrastove stepenice vode na prvi kat, u prostoriju koja služi kao prostorija za relaksaciju i koja vodi u četiri spavaće sobe koje imaju izlaz na prostranu terasu, sa koje se pruža pogled na more i grad. Sjeverni dio kuće sastoji se od prostranog parkirnog mjesta namijenjeno za četiri automobila, opločeno sa lomljenim kamenom Porfido. Ulazna kapija ručno je izrađena od kovanog željeza. Također, sa sjeverne strane nalaze se ulazi za apartmane, kako bi se obezbijedila potpuna privatnost gostima.
Prvi apartman koncipiran je kao open space prostor, kuhinja i dnevni boravak nalaze se u zajedničkoj prostoriji. Sastoji se dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonice sa tuš kabinom te prostranom terasom.
Drugi apartman sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, jedne spavaće sobe, kupaonicom sa tuš kabinom te prostrane terase.
