DVORAC SEKETIN
Jeste li ikad sanjali o vlastitom dvorcu? Evo prilike! U Seketinu, navrh obronka s impresivnim pogledom smjestila se velebna rezidencija koja krije stoljetne priče. Povijest dvorca je nevjerojatno bogata: kurija/dvorac spominje se u knjigama i arhivima negdje čak i od 13. stoljeća.
Prema pričama, centralni dio dvorca je u početku bio Pavlinski (red fratara) samostan okružen vinogradima. O tome vremenu svjedoče masivni temelji zgrade, vidljivi u impresivnom podrumu sa lučnim stropom koji je od davnina bio vinski podrum. Do sredine 20. stoljeća dvorac je bio okružen vinogradima sa idealnom orijentacijom jug-jugoistok.
Prema arhivskim zapisima grada Varaždina, u 17tom stoljeću kurija je u svojem tadašnjem obliku bila u posjedu plemićke obitelji Patačić.
U drugoj polovici 19. stoljeća dvorac Seketin došao je u vlasništvo plemićke obitelji Korff-Schmising-Kerssenbrock.
Novi vlasnik tada dograđuje kulu i kapelicu na jugozapadu te toranj na sjeveroistočnoj strani kurije. Toranj je završen 1888. godine.
Ulaz u posjed je sa njegove jugozapadne strane, kroz park/perivoj sađen u davna vremena kao mali arboretum sa više rijetkih vrsta stabala.
U prvoj polovici 20tog stoljeća, uspješni Varaždinski poduzetnik kupuje dvorac Seketin kao vjenčani dar svojoj supruzi. Dvorac Seketin je od tada u obiteljskom vlasništvu.
Lokacija je izuzetna, nadomak grada Varaždina, a opet izdvojena među zelene zagorske brežuljke. Današnje stanje objekta su dvije kuće, boltani vinski podrum, kapelica koja ima vatikanski certifikat za održavanje crkvenih obreda, prekrasan perivoj i park, te goleme površine pašnjaka i šuma. Obje kuće su održavane budući da su u obiteljskom vlasništvu.
Vlasništvo je uredno i nekretnina je bez tereta.

CASTLE SEKETIN
Have you ever dreamed of owning your own castle?
Here's your chance! In Seketin, atop a hillside with an impressive view, lies a magnificent residence that hides centuries of stories. The history of this castle is incredibly rich — it is mentioned in books and archives as far back as the 13th century.
According to stories, the central part of the castle originally served as a Pauline monastery (Order of St. Paul the First Hermit), surrounded by vineyards. Evidence of this period can still be seen in the massive foundations of the building, visible in the impressive vaulted cellar, which has long been used as a wine cellar. Until the mid-20th century, the castle was surrounded by vineyards ideally oriented toward the south-southeast.
According to archival records from the city of Varaždin, in the 17th century the estate, in its then form, was owned by the noble Patačić family.
In the second half of the 19th century, Castle Seketin came into the possession of the noble Korff-Schmising-Kerssenbrock family.
The new owner at that time added a tower and chapel on the southwest side and a turret on the northeast corner of the manor. The tower was completed in 1888.
The entrance to the estate is on its southwest side, through a park/garden planted long ago as a small arboretum with several rare tree species.
In the first half of the 20th century, a successful entrepreneur from Varaždin purchased Castle Seketin as a wedding gift for his wife. Since then, the castle has remained in family ownership.
The location is exceptional — close to the city of Varaždin, yet secluded among the green rolling hills of Zagorje. The current estate includes two houses, a vaulted wine cellar, a chapel with a Vatican certificate allowing the performance of church ceremonies, a beautiful park and garden, and vast meadows and forest land. Both houses have been well maintained, as they remain in family ownership.
Ownership is clear, and the property is free of any encumbrances.

SCHLOSS SEKETIN

Hier ist Ihre Chance! In Seketin, auf einem Hügel mit beeindruckender Aussicht, befindet sich eine prächtige Residenz, die jahrhundertealte Geschichten birgt. Die Geschichte dieses Schlosses ist unglaublich reich – in Büchern und Archiven wird es bereits im 13. Jahrhundert erwähnt.
Der Legende nach war der zentrale Teil des Schlosses ursprünglich ein Paulinerkloster, umgeben von Weinbergen. Zeugnisse aus dieser Zeit sind noch heute sichtbar – massive Fundamentmauern und ein beeindruckender Keller mit Gewölbedecke, der seit jeher als Weinkeller genutzt wurde. Bis zur Mitte des 20. Jahrhunderts war das Schloss von ideal ausgerichteten Weinbergen (Süd-Südost) umgeben.
Nach den Archivaufzeichnungen der Stadt Varaždin befand sich das Anwesen im 17. Jahrhundert im Besitz der Adelsfamilie Patačić.
In der zweiten Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts gelangte Schloss Seketin in den Besitz der Adelsfamilie Korff-Schmising-Kerssenbrock.
Der neue Eigentümer ließ damals einen Turm und eine Kapelle an der Südwestseite sowie einen Turm an der Nordostseite des Herrenhauses errichten. Der Turm wurde im Jahr 1888 fertiggestellt.
Der Zugang zum Anwesen erfolgt von der Südwestseite durch einen historischen Park, der einst als kleiner Arboretum-Garten mit seltenen Baumarten angelegt wurde.
In der ersten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts kaufte ein erfolgreicher Unternehmer aus Varaždin Schloss Seketin als Hochzeitsgeschenk für seine Ehefrau. Seitdem befindet sich das Schloss im Familienbesitz.
Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich – nahe der Stadt Varaždin, aber dennoch abgeschieden, eingebettet in die grünen Hügel von Zagorje. Das Anwesen umfasst heute zwei Wohnhäuser, einen gewölbten Weinkeller, eine Kapelle mit vatikanischer Zertifizierung für kirchliche Zeremonien, einen wunderschönen Park und Garten sowie große Flächen mit Wiesen und Wald. Beide Häuser sind gut gepflegt, da sie sich weiterhin im Familienbesitz befinden.
Das Eigentum ist ordnungsgemäß, und die Immobilie ist lastenfrei.
