We are renting out a comfortable two-bedroom flat located in the city of Split, on the ground floor of a newer building in a quiet part of the neighbourhood of Marjan. The flat's floor area is 85m2, and it consists of a kitchen with a dining area and a living area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The tenant also has the right to use a common part of the yard.
Pets are permitted.

Wir vermieten eine gemütliche Zweizimmerwohnung in der Stadt Split, im Erdgeschoss eines neueren Gebäudes in einem ruhigen Teil der Wohngegend Marjan. Die Wohnfläche der Wohnung beträgt 85m2 und sie besteht aus einer Küche mit Essbereich und Wohnbereich, zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern. Der Mieter hat ebenfalls das Recht, einen gemeinsamen Teil des Gartens zu nutzen.
Haustiere sind erlaubt.
