U Pomeru (općina Medulin) nedaleko novootvorene trgovine Plodine, prodajemo parcelu veličine 1001 m2 poslovne zone (K2).

U područjima označenim sa K2 (zone K21, K22 i K23) dozvoljena je gradnja građevina trgovina na veliko i malo, skladišta, građevina drugih poslovnih djelatnosti, poduzetničkih inkubatora za kreativnu, audiovizualnu i IT industriju, pomoćnih građevina te potrebne infrastrukturne mreže i infrastrukturnih građevina.

Unutar područja poslovne namjene nije dozvoljena gradnja stambenih građevina, niti stambena namjena u sklopu građevine osnovne namjene.

Parcela trenutno nema riješen pristupni put (pravo služnosti), ali postoji mogućnost dogovora sa susjedima.

In Pomer (Medulin Municipality), near the newly opened Plodine store, we are selling a 1001 m2 plot of land in the business zone (K2).

Pomer, Gewerbegebiet, Grundstück 1001m2

In Pomer (Gemeinde Medulin), in der Nähe des neu eröffneten Geschäfts Plodine, verkaufen wir ein 1001 m² großes Grundstück im Gewerbegebiet (K2).

In den mit K2 gekennzeichneten Gebieten (Zonen K21, K22 und K23) ist der Bau von Groß- und Einzelhandelsgeschäften, Lagerhallen, anderen Geschäftsgebäuden, Gründerzentren für die Kreativ-, audiovisuelle und IT-Branche, Nebengebäuden sowie den erforderlichen Infrastrukturnetzen und -gebäuden zulässig.
Neben der Haupttätigkeit können auf diesen Flächen weitere Geschäftstätigkeiten – Gewerbe, Dienstleistungen, Verwaltungsgebäude und Versorgungseinrichtungen – entwickelt werden, sofern diese nicht beeinträchtigt werden.
In Ausnahmefällen ist in den Zonen K21 und K22 der Bau einer Tankstelle mit allen dazugehörigen Service-, Gewerbe-, Gastronomie-, Lager- und sonstigen Einrichtungen möglich.
Innerhalb des Gewerbegebiets ist der Bau von Wohngebäuden nicht gestattet, ebenso wenig wie die Wohnnutzung innerhalb des Hauptgebäudes.

Das Grundstück verfügt derzeit über keine Zufahrtsstraße (Dienstbarkeitsrecht), es besteht jedoch die Möglichkeit einer Einigung mit den Nachbarn.
