Lupoglav is a municipal center in northeastern Istria, 17 km southeast of Buzet, which lies at the foot of Ćićarija at an absolute height of 384 m along the Rijeka-Pazin-Pula road. There is a railway junction there from the Pula-Ljubljana railway which separates the railway to the port of Bršica in the Raška bay.
