We are selling a comfortable, three-room flat, full of light, located on the first floor of a residential building with a lift. The living area of the flat is 95m2, and it consists of a kitchen with a dining room and a living room, which opens onto two south oriented loggias, two hallways, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and another loggia.
