Ugrađeno je grijanje i hlađenje pomoću toplinske pumpe, u kupaonama podno grijanje a za potpuni ugođaj u dnevnom prostoru je predviđen kamin na drva. Kuća ima pripremu za fotonaponsku elektranu sa solarnim panelima. Velika okućnica će biti ograđena i uređena u tradicionalnom mediteranskom stilu, u središnjem djelu je predviđen veliki bazen sa uređenim sunčalištem.

We are selling a new holiday home with swimming pool. The house is located on the east coast of Istria, only 3.5 kilometers from the town of Labin. The house is surrounded by nature and the neighboring houses are also holiday homes. The settlement is beautifully decorated and amenities such as a shop, pharmacy, and all other amenities needed for everyday life as well as restaurants and cafes are just a few minutes drive away.

The house has a very simple concept and has a total area of 107.75 square meters with a 32 square meter swimming pool. The house is built in a traditional style as a single-storey house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Stiamo vendendo una nuova casa per le vacanze con piscina. La casa si trova sulla costa orientale dell'Istria, a soli 3,5 chilometri dalla città di Albona. La casa è immersa nella natura e anche le case vicine sono case vacanze. L'insediamento è splendidamente decorato e servizi quali negozi, farmacie e tutti gli altri servizi necessari per la vita quotidiana, nonché ristoranti e bar, sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto.
