ROVINJ - Kuća prizemnica s bazenom izgrađena je 2024. godine i nalazi se na pješačkoj udaljenosti do centra grada. U prizemlju kuće nalazi se dnevni boravak s kuhinjom i blagovaonom, dvije spavaće sobe, dvije kupaonice. Dodatno, u prizemlju se nalazi ostava i tehnička soba, kao i posebno odvojena SPA zona s jacuzzijem i finskom saunom.
