Das Haus verfügt über einen rustikalen Kamin, der eine echte Bergatmosphäre vermittelt. Der Kamin ist an die Belüftung im ganzen Haus angeschlossen, sodass Sie keine Angst vor dem Winter haben. Für weniger kalte Tage gibt es elektrische Mramotherm-Panels in den Schlafzimmern, während im gesamten Erdgeschoss, im Keller im Untergeschoss und im Badezimmer im ersten Stock eine elektrische Fußbodenheizung vorhanden ist. Das Haus ist komplett möbliert und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und wird als solches verkauft.
