This apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building with a total of 5 apartments in a small town near Poreč. The town is 4 km from Poreč and the sea. The neighborhood is quiet and tidy, mostly consisting of family houses and apartment buildings.

The apartment consists of an entrance hall from which you can reach the first bedroom on the left, and the living room on the right. The bathroom is directly off the hallway. Die Wohnung ist mit Klimaanlagen zum Heizen und Kühlen ausgestattet. Der Pool ist beheizt und zur Sicherung der Privatsphäre von einem Paneelzaun umgeben.
