The location is in the Gomiline area, just 4 km from the town of Trogir. The land is situated above the Trogir - Šibenik road.

According to the current spatial plan, part of the land is outside the settlement's construction area but within a zone where it is possible to build structures for a family farm, in accordance with Article 28 of the spatial plan regulations.

The rest of the land is within an area designated as other agricultural land, forests, and forest land.

Wir vermitteln den Verkauf eines landwirtschaftlichen Grundstücks in Seget Gornji mit einer Gesamtfläche von 3.023 m².

Das Grundstück befindet sich im Gebiet Gomiline, nur 4 km von der Stadt Trogir entfernt. Es liegt oberhalb der Straße Trogir - Šibenik.
