The house consists of three floors with ten apartments (four two-bedroom and six one-bedroom), four rooms with bathrooms and two twobedroom flats. All units have a small terrace in front of the entrance, and most of them have sea views. The apartments are air-conditioned, furnished and equipped.
On the first floor there is a restaurant for the guests of the apartment - a fully equipped kitchen and a hall for serving food, and on the second floor there is a large terrace overlooking the sea.
Next to the house is a recreation area and a swimming pool surrounded by a tall green fence that allows guests complete privacy. In the courtyard there is a large terrace with a brick fireplace.
The large garden is fenced and decorated, with 15 parking spaces.
The house is only 70 m away from the sea. The owner has a private passage to the beach over land what is ideal for a holiday in the natural shade.
