This romantic semi-detached stone house is located in an intimate position in a quiet place near Poreč, 7 km from town center and 5 km from the sea. The neighborhood is quiet and consists mostly of family houses and a few holiday homes, and the place is otherwise surrounded by nature.

The house consists of two houses in a row with two residential units that are partially connected, but which could be completely separated if desired. The living area of 120 m² is divided into three floors in the first part of the house, and the second part of the house has two floors.
