Since it is a low-energy construction method, the construction phase only takes around 2 months and is therefore significantly shorter than with the classic construction method. Im Erdgeschoss sind vorgesehen: Flur, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, ein Gäste-WC und ein Abstellraum. Vom Wohnzimmer wird es einen direkten Zugang zu einer überdachten Terrasse geben.
Im ersten Stock sind drei Schlafzimmer geplant mit jeweils eigenem Bad , eines der Schlafzimmer wird eine eigene Garderobe und direkten Zugang zu einer überdachten Terrasse haben.
Das Haus wird mit einer Fußbodenheizung und Klimaanlagen ausgestattet sein.
Im Außenbereich sind Garten, Pool und Parkplatz vorgesehen.
Alle Genehmigungen werden vorbereitet, sodass mit dem Bau des Hauses unmittelbar nach dem Kauf begonnen werden kann. Da es sich um eine Niedrigenergiebauweise handelt, dauert die reine Bauphase nur etwa 2 Monate und ist damit deutlich kürzer als bei der klassischen Bauweise. Der Preis versteht sich für das schlüsselfertige Projekt inkl. fertiggestellter Außenanlage und Pool, ohne Möbel.
