Ovaj novi građevinski projekt nalazi se u malom mjestu u blizini Dugopolja. Sastoji se od dvije identične kuće u dalmatinskom stilu. Svaka ima 170 m2 stambenog prostora, raspoređenih na prizemlju i na katu, a svaka stoji na parceli od 534 m2.

The ground floor features an 11 m2 entrance area, a 32 m2 kitchen with a dining area, a 32 m2 living room, a 5 m2 utility room, and a guest toilet. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor.
There are three large bedrooms. One of them is 19 m2 and the other two are each 15 m2. Another 8 m2 room is planned as a study room. There are also two 6 m2 bathrooms and a guest toilet upstairs.
Each house has two parking spaces. The listed price includes completion of the house up to the handover of keys, including all necessary documents for the building inspection (Uporabna Dozvola). However, the buyer has many customization options for an additional charge, such as the construction of a garage, a pool, a terrace, or the installation of a photovoltaic system. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein 11 m2 großer Eingangsbereich, eine 32 m2 große Küche mit Essbereich, ein 32 m2 großes Wohnzimmer, ein 5 m2 großer Technikraum und ein Gäste-WC. Eine innenliegende Treppe führt hinauf ins Obergeschoß.
Hier befinden sich drei große Schlafzimmer. Eines davon hat 19 m2 und die anderen beiden jeweils 15 m2. Ein weiteres 8 m2 großes Zimmer ist als Arbeitszimmer projektiert. Außerdem sind hier oben zwei jeweils 6 m2 große Bäder und ein Gäste-WC.
