The house has two residential units that are connected by an external staircase. The ground floor apartment has 53 m2, a bedroom, a living room with kitchen, a bathroom and a covered terrace of 24 m2 with a grill and sink.
The apartment on the 1st floor also has 53 m2, two bedrooms, a kitchen with living room, as well as a bathroom and two approx. 5 m2 balconies.
There is a 12.5m2 pool in a Mediterranean garden. There are storage spaces of approx. 10 m2 in the basement and in another small building.

About the renovation: In 2021, in addition to the interior, the facade, windows with shutters, power and water pipes were completely rebuilt.
