Parcela se nalazi u blizini teniskog terena (250m zračne linije južno), Sportskog centra i Parka Gorica dakle u samom mjestu Fužine, a opet je dovoljno izdvojena i 360° okružena samo prirodom, prekrasnim pogledom i sve to je čini izuzetnom lokacijom. Pristup do parcele je dobar makadamski put sa vrlo malim padom, od glavne asvaltirane ceste "Za Goricom" do parcele cca 100m. Sa glavne ceste silazi se pored velike novoizgrađene drvene kuće. (crvena strelica na sljedećoj slici).
Kada dođete na parcelu nalazite se na vrhu brda i sa lijeve strane su drveni okvir ulaza u susjedni posjed i drvored od čempresa.
Gornji dio parcele omeđen je sa tri drvoreda i dalje se kao blaga padina spušta desno od pristupnog puta i spomenutog niza čempresa sve do podnožja brda.
Važne napomene : Parcela sa istočne strane direktno graniči sa građevinskom zonom (iza drvoreda od čempresa), a sa sjevera je od građevinske zone dijeli cca 50m odnosno 2-3 parcele drugih vlasnika. We are sellling agricultural land (meadow) 7365m2 on location Fužine Kladje.
Parcel is near tennis court (250m airline to the south), Sports centre and Park Gorica, so it is located in hearth of place Fužine, and still separated from crowd and 360° view is only nature :
On the nice day that view is spectacular.
All that facts makes it exquisit location wich are now very rare in Fužine. (Parcel is marked with violet line on satellite picture).
Acces to the parcel is good macadam road with very mild slope : distance from main asphalt road "Za Goricom" to the parcel is just over 100m. You have to exit main road just under new large wooden house (red arrow on next picture) and continue to the parcel.
To enter the parcel, you have to pass through the natural tree line,
then you are on the top of the hill and on left side , there is cypress alley and large wooden frame - entrance to the neighboring estate behind cypresses. At the end of the cypress alley there is again natural tree line.
So, top of the parcel is bounded with these three alleys and rest of the parcel is spreading down to the end of the hill.
And now, very important remark :
-On the east side (behind cypress alley) parcel is directly bordering with a building land
-On the north side there is some 50 m of distance to the building land (2-3 parcels of other owners).
-Ownership of surrounding parcels is such that location is elite.

Ackerland steht zum Verkauf in Fužine (Kladje) - Za Goricom
Wir verkaufen landwirtschaftliches Land (Wiese) von 7365 m2 am Standort Fužine Kladje.
Das Grundstück befindet sich in der Nähe eines Tennisplatzes (250 m Luftlinie südlich), eines Sportzentrums und des Parks Gorica, liegt also im Herzen des Ortes Fužine und ist dennoch von der Menschenmenge getrennt und bietet einen 360°-Blick auf die Natur:
An schönen Tagen ist die Aussicht spektakulär.
All diese Fakten machen es zu einem exquisiten Ort, der heute in Fužine sehr selten ist. (Das Parzelle ist auf dem Satellitenbild mit einer violetten Linie markiert).
Der Zugang zur Parzelle erfolgt über eine gute Schotterstraße mit sehr geringer Steigung: Die Entfernung von der Hauptasphaltstraße „Za Goricom" zur Parzelle beträgt etwas mehr als 100 m. Sie müssen die Hauptstraße direkt unter dem neuen großen Holzhaus verlassen (roter Pfeil auf dem nächsten Bild) und weiter zum Grundstück gehen.
Um die Parzelle zu betreten, muss man die natürliche Baumgrenze passieren,
Dann sind Sie oben auf dem Hügel und auf der linken Seite gibt es eine Zypressenallee und einen großen Holzrahmen – den Eingang zum Nachbargrundstück hinter Zypressen. Am Ende der Zypressenallee befindet sich wieder eine natürliche Baumgrenze.
Die Oberseite des Grundstücks ist also durch diese drei Gassen begrenzt und der Rest des Grundstücks erstreckt sich bis zum Ende des Hügels.
Und jetzt eine sehr wichtige Bemerkung:
-Auf der Ostseite (hinter der Zypressenallee) grenzt das Grundstück direkt an ein Baugrundstück
-Auf der Nordseite gibt es ca. 50 m Abstand zum Baugrundstück (2-3 Grundstücke anderer Eigentümer).
-Die umliegenden Grundstücke sind Eigentum derart, dass die Lage Elite ist.
