Iz luke ( većeg otoka u blizini ) do otoka potrebno je 30 min malim brodom a gliserom se može doci za 10-15 min.
Na otoku ima dosta samoniklih maslina i dugog drveća (bora i smreke) te ostalog sitnog bilja. Od životinja ima puno zečeva i fazana.

INSEL - mit einem Steinhaus

Zum Verkauf steht eine Insel im Archipel von Zadar mit einer Fläche von 128.800 m2.
Die Insel hat eine kleine Bucht, in der sich ein altes Steinhaus aus dem 19. Jahrhundert befindet, 30 m2 pro Etage. Erdgeschoss + Obergeschoss.
Auf der Insel gibt es auch einen alten, von Trockensteinmauern umgebenen Olivenhain mit 15 alten Olivenbäumen, die seit 70 Jahren nicht mehr kultiviert wurden.
Es dauert 30 Minuten mit einem kleinen Boot, um die Insel vom Hafen (eine größere Insel in der Nähe) zu erreichen, und es dauert 10-15 Minuten mit dem Schnellboot.
Es gibt viele wilde Oliven und lange Bäume (Kiefern und Fichten) und andere kleine Pflanzen auf der Insel. Was die Tiere betrifft, gibt es viele Kaninchen und Fasane.
