A unique plot of land is for sale at the top of Punta Planka with direct access and incredible sea views.
Exceptionally flat terrain covered with small macchia, southwest orientation, located right next to the medieval church of St. John.
It consists of two plots, the first of 173 m2 serves as an access road to the main plot of 13308 m2,
on the western side of the plot the sea is only 60 meters away (Stivašnica Bay) while on the eastern side 130 meters (view of the islet of Melevrin).
The plot borders building plots and a change in the spatial plan is expected in the near future, also due to the specific position of the plot bordering the church property there is no option of obstructing the view in the future.

Ein einzigartiges Grundstück auf der Spitze von Punta Planka mit direktem Zugang und unglaublichem Meerblick steht zum Verkauf.
