OPIS: Daje se u dugoročni najam kamena kuća u nizu smještena u mirnom istarskom selu Baderna. Ova kuća, ukupne površine 100 četvornih metara, raspoređena je na tri etaže, s po 35 četvornih metara na svakoj, što joj daje vertikalnu dinamiku i poseban šarm.

Die Wände bestehen aus lokalem Stein, oft unregelmäßig geformt und in natürlichen Farbtönen gehalten, was dem Haus eine rustikale und warme Ausstrahlung verleiht. Die Fenster sind typischerweise kleiner und bestehen aus PVC-Fenstern, und das Dach ist mit mediterranen Ziegeln gedeckt. Da das Haus in einer Reihe steht, grenzt es ein- oder beidseitig an andere Gebäude, was eine angenehme, nachbarschaftliche Atmosphäre schafft.
