Vila ima 9 dvokrevetnih soba tako da u njoj može boraviti grupa od čak 18 osoba. Budući da neke spavaće sobe imaju i mini kuhinju, a postoji mnogo terasa i dvorišta koja pružaju privatnost, ovo bi moglo biti korisno za opušten odmor bez stresa za velike grupe.

Postoji nekoliko dobrih restorana i pizzerija unutar nekoliko minuta hoda od vile. Selo je također u blizini malog supermarketa, pekare, pošte i banke. Prekrasne staze uz obalu pogodne su za šetnju i vožnju biciklom.

Prizemlje
Ovaj kat sadrži jednu dvokrevetnu sobu i kupaonicu. Osim toga, tu je i samostalni jednosobni apartman s bračnim krevetom, prostorom za sjedenje, mini kuhinjom i kupaonicom s jacuzzijem. Francuski prozor iz dnevnog boravka izlazi na terasu s bazenom.

U prizemlju se nalazi i dobro opremljena teretana/soba za igre.


Prvi kat
Ovaj kat sadrži veliku otvorenu kuhinju/dnevni boravak koji izlazi na natkrivenu terasu. U dnevnom boravku može sjediti 10-12 osoba s dodatnim sjedećim mjestima za 10 osoba na terasi, a cjelina se spaja u jedinstveni unutarnji i vanjski prostor s prekrasnim pogledom na more. Dnevni boravak je opremljen satelitskom TV, DVD playerom, glazbenim centrom i bežičnim internetom.

Otvorena kuhinja opremljena je štednjakom, hladnjakom sa zamrzivačem, mikrovalnom pećnicom, kuhalom za vodu, tosterom, priborom za kuhanje, posuđem i priborom za jelo. Za blagovaonskim stolom može sjediti 10 osoba, a za veće grupe može se postaviti još jedan stol u kuhinji/blagovaonici.

The villa has 9 double bedrooms so a holiday group as large as 18 persons can stay there. As some bedrooms also have a mini kitchen and there are many terraces and courtyards which afford privacy, this could be useful to provide relaxed and stress-free holidays for large groups. The villa is situated in the idyllic fishing village of Zaton Veliki in the Zaton and Orasac region, only 10 minute drive from Dubrovnik, surrounded by woodland and sea views.

Old fishermen's stone cottages, beautifully restored, nestled together with tasteful new villas and restaurants all a stone's throw from the sea. It is one of the most desirable areas close to Dubrovnik. There are several good restaurants and a pizzeria within a short walk from the villa. The village also is close to a small supermarket, bakery, post office, and bank. Wonderful pathways along the shore are suitable for walks and cycling.


ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
This floor contains one double bedroom and a bathroom. In addition, there is a self-contained one-bedroom apartment with a double bed, a sitting area a mini kitchen, and a jacuzzi bathroom. The French window opens out from the sitting room onto the terrace with a swimming pool.

A well-equipped gym/games room is also on the ground floor. The gym is not available to children under 16 years of age and must be used to observe all the usual safety measures recommended for that environment.


First floor
This floor contains a large open plan kitchen/sitting room which opens out on its covered terrace. 10-12 persons can sit in the sitting room with additional seating for 10 people on the terrace, and the whole combines into a unified indoor-outdoor area with a lovely sea view. The sitting room is equipped with a satellite TV, DVD player, music center, and wireless internet.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking equipment, crockery, and cutlery. The dining table can seat 10 people, and for larger groups, another table can be fitted in the kitchen/dining area.

In addition, a second, outside covered terrace also has a seating area for 18 people, and usually in summer months, this is where the guests prefer to eat. There is an outside stone-built barbecue.

Two double bedrooms and bathrooms lead off the hallway. These are the only bedrooms without air-conditioning, but if their doors are opened, they benefit from the sitting room air-conditioning. A marble staircase leads from this floor to the second and third-floor bedrooms.


Second floor
On this floor are three bedrooms: one ensuite double bedroom, one ensuite twin bedroom, and another ensuite double bedroom with a mini kitchen, all air-conditioned. Two of these bedrooms have access to a large balcony with marvelous sea views.


Third floor
One ensuite double bedroom with a mini kitchen and one ensuite twin bedroom and bathroom, all air-conditioned.

OUTSIDE
There is a separate summer kitchen with a shower/WC by the pool.

The main part of the garden is laid out as a stone-paved sunbathing area around the pool, with pot plants, olive trees, and palm trees, and sun loungers provided with bath towels. Paths lead to leafy and shaded parts of the garden, and a covered terrace can be reached from the garden, also be used for relaxing or al fresco eating. There is parking for up to five cars in the villa grounds
