A large house in the heart of Vodnjan, close to the main road but still in peace and with a beautiful view from the large terrace of traditional Vodnjan houses. From this house you have only a few minutes on foot to the biggest cultural sights, of which there are really many in that city. The only mummies in Istria, the largest collection of sacred art and countless alleys that hide a lot of history and stories will delight you and you will never be bored there.
In the house you will find as many as 4 bedrooms and two living rooms. There is also a large terrace and an outdoor kitchen that keeps the garden under control. Behind the house there is even a part with two rooms to which a passage needs to be made.
The house can be made into two apartments or even an excellent b&b, and living on so much space would really be a great luxury.
