Die Renaissancestadt Svetvinčenat ist eines der Juwelen Istriens mit einem reichen touristischen Angebot und zahlreichen Veranstaltungen, die in den außerordentlich attraktiven historischen Räumen dieser Stadt stattfinden. Das Wahrzeichen des Ortes selbst ist der Renaissanceplatz Placa mit dem Schloss Morosini-Grimani. Diese besondere Stadt hat eine reiche Tradition, interessante und vielfältige Programme, von denen die bekanntesten das Mittelalterfest, das Käsefest, das Tanzfest und das nonverbale Theater sind.

In einem sehr ruhigen Ort unweit von Svetvinčent befindet sich ein Haus in der Rohbauphase auf einem Grundstück von 422 m2. Die Wohnfläche von 160 m2 verteilt sich auf zwei Etagen.
Das Haus befindet sich im Bau und die Fertigstellung ist für Anfang 2023 geplant.
