It consists of ground and first floor. The ground floor has an entrance hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet, laundry room, bedroom, bathroom, storage room and boiler room (ground floor net 129.04 m2), while the first floor has three more bedrooms each with its own bathroom and large terrace (total net 72.34 m2).

In the garden there is a summer kitchen with fireplace, swimming pool of 38 m2, sunbathing area, children's playground, while at the entrance there is a parking lot. The pool has heating with the most modern equipment on the principle of electrolysis (separate heat pump). Heating / cooling of the house is regulated by a heat pump, and has underfloor heating. Each room can be heated / cooled separately as desired. The carpentry is PVC with automatic shutters, and sliding walls with semi-automatic opening and closing.
