The apartment offers a stunning panoramic view of the sea and the city.
The apartment consists of:
three bedrooms (each with its own WC),
living room with kitchen and dining area,
bathroom,
laundry room,
balcony and loggia/entrance area.

The tenant also has access to: a garden, multiple parking spaces, and all other amenities as in the other apartments of the house.

The lease is concluded for an indefinite period, with the note that it will be terminated in the event of the sale of the house (the house is listed on the market).
The only utility cost is electricity consumption.
Upon signing the rental agreement, an agency commission in the amount of one month's rent is required.
