Prodaje se zemljište u blizini naselja i mora. Upisano je kao oranica, iako je u naravi pašnjak koji nije poljoprivredno obrađivan više od 30 godina, ali je redovito održavan. Trenutno je ishodovana dozvola za priključak gradske vode, a samo priključenje je u fazi radova. U cijenu je uključen dovršetak radova priključenja vode. Zemljište je pogodno za trajne nasade, npr. maslina, kojih ima u neposrednoj blizini samog zemljišta. Jednako tako, s obzirom da se radi o kvalitetnoj poljoprivrednoj zemlji, izuzetno je pogodno za uzgoj poljoprivrednih kultura.

Razgled nekretnine moguć je isključivo uz potpisani Ugovor o posredovanju (Zapisnik o razgledavanju nekretnine). U slučaju odluke o kupnji razgledane nekretnine agencijska provizija iznosi 3% + PDV te se naplaćuje prilikom zaključenja Predugovora ili Ugovora o kupoprodaji, odnosno prve novčane transakcije između kupca i prodavatelja.
