Ovaj luksuzni stan nalazi se na "piano nobile" (I kat) povijesne palače u samom srcu, tisuću godina starog dalmatinskog bijelog kamenog grada Šibenika. Palača je smještena u centru Rive, s pogledom na Kanal Svetog Ante i Unesco kupolu Katedrale Svetog Jakova iz dnevnog boravka, udaljena svega 30m od mora.

OPIS
Ovaj predivan, unikatni, luksuzan stan je brutto površine 95m2 i sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, kupaonice, dnevnog boravka i blagovaonice kao jedne velike cijeline, kuhinje, gostinjskog wc-a, te velikog ulaznog hodnika. Stan se prostire na cijeloj etaži Palače.
Budući da se radi o 200 godina staroj središnjoj gradskoj palači, konstrukcija se sastoji od kamenih zidova i drvenih hrastovih greda velikih dimenzija.
Stan je rekonstruiran uz pomoć Ministarstva kulture, restauracijom originalnih prozora i obojenog stakla proizvedenog u Muranu u 19. stoljeću. Sve instalacije su nove, nova elektroinstalacija sa LED tehnologijom, grijanje i hlađenje sa Daikin sustavom. Podovi su ojačani višeslojnim prigušivanjem zvuka.
Štukatura je proizvedena u Italiji, ručna izrada. Podovi su izrađeni u Bertiju u Italiji s pravom srebrnom prašinom u drvu i sivim odsjajima u istim dimenzijama kao i original. Prozori su identične replike originala u dnevnom boravku i morali su biti zamijenjeni po nalogu Ministarstva kulture, svi ostali prozori su originalni, restaurirani.
Velik dio namještaja dizajnirano je po narudžbi s kombinacijom velikana svih vremena, poput stolca Barcelona od Mies Van der Rohea, stola i kauča Saarinen od Knolla. Dekorativne stijenke su točne replike originala kao i sva unutarnja hrastova vrata.

Sistem "pametne kuće" je integriran u stan, a surround sustav je Bang&Olufsen. Podno je grijanje i hlađenje. Solarni kolektori postavljeni su na skrivenom dijelu krova palače, što ga čini energetski održivim.
Stan je dobitnik nagrade International Property Award za najljepši europski stan stambene baštine 2022. godine
Ovaj projekt potpisuje Arhitekt Ante Vrbankoji pripada novoj generaciji arhitektonskih superzvijezda. S više od 300 razvijenih projekata diljem svijeta, on nastavlja proizvoditi svoj specifičan potpis arhitekture. Poznat je kao AV, arhitekt svjetla. Uvijek kaže da kuća treba 'govoriti', odnosno da eksterijer mora komunicirati s prirodom oko sebe, a da interijer mora 'govoriti' svojim vlasnicima.

This luxury apartment is located on the "piano nobile" (1st floor) of the historic palace in the very heart of the thousand-year-old Dalmatian white stone town of Šibenik. The palace is located in the center of Riva, with a view of the St. Anthony's Canal and the Unesco dome of St. James's Cathedral from the living room, only 30m from the sea.

DESCRIPTION
This beautiful, unique, luxurious apartment has a gross area of ​​95m2 and consists of one bedroom, bathroom, living room and dining room as one large whole, kitchen, guest toilet, and a large entrance hall. The apartment covers the entire floor of the Palace.
Since it is a 200-year-old central city palace, the structure consists of stone walls and large wooden oak beams.
The apartment was reconstructed with the help of the Ministry of Culture, restoring the original windows and stained glass produced in Murano in the 19th century. All installations are new, new electrical installation with LED technology, heating and cooling with Daikin system. The floors are reinforced with multi-layer sound dampening.
The stucco is produced in Italy, handmade. The floors are made in Berti, Italy with real silver dust in the wood and gray highlights in the same dimensions as the original. The windows are identical replicas of the originals in the living room and had to be replaced by order of the Ministry of Culture, all other windows are original, restored.
Much of the furniture is custom-designed with a combination of all-time greats, such as the Barcelona chair by Mies Van der Rohe, the Saarinen table and sofa by Knoll. The decorative walls are exact replicas of the originals, as are all internal oak doors.

The "smart home" system is integrated into the apartment, and the surround system is Bang&Olufsen. There is underfloor heating and cooling. Solar collectors are installed on a hidden part of the roof of the palace, which makes it energy sustainable.

This project is signed by Architect Ante Vrban who belongs to the new generation of architectural superstars.
