Beautiful holiday home in Ražanac, located on the banks of the Velebit Canal in Northern Dalmatia, 22 km from the city of Zadar.
On a plot of 785 m2 there is a beautiful house with a landscaped and well-kept Mediterranean garden and a garage with a summer kitchen and bathroom.
The house with a total area of 160 m2 consists of a basement, a high ground floor and a first floor. The living space on the ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen with a living room and a dining room. The bathroom is separated by the corridor.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with one bathroom.
The view of the sea and the Velebit mountain from the bedroom and balcony is just one of the more attractive features of the house.
What makes this house pleasant are the large and bright rooms.
The detached garage with a total area of 60 m2 consists of a summer kitchen - equipped and a bathroom. There are two parking spaces in the garage and there is enough space that can additionally be used as a storage room. The possibility of arranging the garage as an additional apartment.

Der Blick auf das Meer und das Velebit-Gebirge vom Schlafzimmer und Balkon ist nur eines der attraktiveren Merkmale des Hauses.
