Dvorište koje je površine cca. 50m2, ograđena je i potpuno obložena betonom i kamenom.

Ova nekretnina lijepo oslikava povijesne dalmatinske kuće i Mediteran kakav je nekad bio. Uz dobro izvedenu renovaciju, ovoj bi se povijesnoj kamenoj kući mogao vratiti njezin izvorni šarm, istovremeno uvodeći suvremenu funkcionalnost. A long time ago, on around 150m2 of land, a family home was built entirely of local stone. The property also encompassed a small courtyard with an outhouse bathroom and an additional structure attached to the main house. As previously stated, the entire property must be completely renovated before it is able to be inhabited. Some 3D drawings have already been created in this respect, depicting a possible future look in which the home would not only be rebuilt but also enhanced. The envisioned upgrade would feature, among other things, a terrace on the first level and a residential attic with balconies. The house currently has a ground level, a first floor, and a non-residential attic. The ground and first floors are roughly 50m2 in size (each) and are linked by an internal stairway. As previously said, there is also a small auxiliary building (which adjoins the home) and a courtyard with an outhouse bathroom. The yard, which is approx. 50m2, is enclosed and totally covered with concrete and stone.

This property nicely depicts historic Dalmatian homes and the Mediterranean as it once was. With a well-executed renovation, this historic stone house might be restored to its original charm while also introducing contemporary functionality. The property cannot support car parking due to its location and overall size, but it is surely possible to accommodate smaller vehicles such as scooters and bicycles (within the yard).

Vor langer Zeit wurde auf einem etwa 150 m² großen Grundstück ein Einfamilienhaus komplett aus lokalem Stein gebaut. Das Anwesen umfasste auch einen kleinen Innenhof mit einem Außenbad und einen zusätzlichen Bau, der an das Haupthaus angebaut wurde. Wie bereits erwähnt, muss das gesamte Anwesen komplett renoviert werden, bevor es bewohnbar ist. In dieser Hinsicht wurden bereits einige 3D-Zeichnungen erstellt, die ein mögliches zukünftiges Aussehen darstellen, bei dem das Haus nicht nur umgebaut, sondern auch aufgewertet würde. Die vorgesehene Aufwertung würde unter anderem eine Terrasse auf der ersten Ebene und ein Wohndachgeschoss mit Balkonen umfassen. Das Haus verfügt derzeit über ein Erdgeschoss, einen ersten Stock und ein nicht zu Wohnzwecken genutztes Dachgeschoss. Das Erdgeschoss und der erste Stock sind jeweils etwa 50 m² groß und durch eine Innentreppe verbunden. Wie bereits erwähnt, gibt es auch ein kleines Nebengebäude (das an das Haus angrenzt) und einen Innenhof mit Außentoilette. Der Hof, der ca. 50 m² groß ist, ist umzäunt und vollständig mit Beton und Stein bedeckt.

Dieses Anwesen spiegelt schön historische dalmatinische Häuser und das Mittelmeer wider, wie es einst war. Mit einer gut ausgeführten Renovierung könnte dieses historische Steinhaus seinen ursprünglichen Charme wiederherstellen und gleichzeitig moderne Funktionalität einführen. Aufgrund seiner Lage und Gesamtgröße kann das Anwesen keine Parkplätze bieten, aber es ist sicherlich möglich, kleinere Fahrzeuge wie Motorroller und Fahrräder (im Hof) unterzubringen.
