Das Haus befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Geburtshauses von Ivan Meštrović und des Mausoleums von Meštrović.
Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine große Fläche mit Ackerland und einem Weinberg, die je nach Zweck des Hauses mit verschiedenen Annehmlichkeiten erweitert werden kann.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Küche mit Esszimmer, 1 Zimmer und ein Badezimmer, und auf der Rückseite des Hauses befinden sich zwei Garagen und ein Abstellraum mit Brunnen.
