Barban je malo povijesno mjesto smješteno na visoravni koja dijeli Labinštinu od Puljštine. Na pretpovijesnoj gradini obitavali su stari Rimljani. Tijekom povijesti Barban je bio poznat i po strateškom položaju, dominirajući uzvisinom i gospodareći dolinom i mostom na rijeci Raši.S prolaskom vremena mjesto postaje utvrda sa zidinama, okruglim i četvrtastim kulama, bedemima, velikim i malim gradskim vratima te kaštelom.

U ponudu smo dobili novosagrađenu vilu s bazenom u mjestu Hrboki. U prizemlju se nalazi kuhinja s blagavaonom i veliki dnevni boravak, kupaona , konoba za druženje i terasa sa pergolom.Na katu se nalaze dvije spavaće sobe sa dvije kupaonice.Na uređenoj okućnici smjestio se bazen 32 m2, sa vanjskim tušem.

Barban ist ein kleiner historischer Ort auf der Hochebene, die Labinština von Puljaština trennt. Die alten Römer lebten auf dem prähistorischen Burghügel. Im Laufe der Geschichte war Barban auch für seine strategische Lage bekannt, da es den Hügel und das Tal sowie die Brücke über den Fluss Raša dominierte. Im Laufe der Zeit entwickelte sich der Ort zu einer Festung mit Mauern, runden und quadratischen Türmen, Stadtmauern, großen und kleinen Stadttoren und einer Burg.

Wir haben eine neu gebaute Villa mit Swimmingpool in Hrboki erhalten. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Küche mit Esszimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Taverne zum geselligen Beisammensein und eine Terrasse mit Pergola. Im ersten Stock befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit zwei Badezimmern. Im Garten gibt es einen 32 m2 großen Swimmingpool mit Außendusche.
