Izvor rijeke Mrežnice udaljen je 7 km, a do Slunja i slapova Rastoke je nešto manje od 20 km, te isto toliko do Nacionalnog parka Plitvička jezera.Različite vrste turizma u kontinentalnoj Hrvatskoj su u razvoju, vidljiv je se sve veći interes stranih ali i domaćih turista za istim. In central continental Croatia is a building plot of 35,012 m2. It is located on the main road Plaški - Slunj and there are several buildings on the plots. The land is flat and cleared. Preliminary design was made with a proposal for construction for the purpose of tourism (sports and recreational tourism). It is planned to build 20 typical wooden houses in Lika with an info center, adrenaline park, sports fields, a restaurant for 200 guests, a swimming pool, entertainment space and parking.The land is fertile so various crops typical of that climate can be grown. In winter, the snow cover gives a special charm and pleasure to stay. Numerous forest paths, small rivers and hidden springs encourage exploration.Less than one kilometer is Lake Sinjac, known for its depth of over 210 m.The source of the river Mrežnica is 7 km away, and to Slunj and Rastoke waterfalls a little less than 20 km, as well as to the Plitvice Lakes National Park.Different types of tourism in continental Croatia are developing, there is a growing interest of foreign and domestic tourists for them. Es liegt an der Hauptstraße Plaški - Slunj und auf dem Grundstück befinden sich mehrere Gebäude. Das Grundstück ist flach und geräumt. Der Umbau zum Baugrundstück wird derzeit bearbeitet und soll Ende März dieses Jahres abgeschlossen sein. Es wurde ein Konzeptentwurf mit einem Bauvorschlag für touristische Zwecke (Sport- und Erholungstourismus) erstellt. Geplant ist der Bau von 20 typischen Holzhäusern in Lika mit einem Infozentrum, Adrenalinpark, Sportplätzen, einem Restaurant für 200 Gäste, einem Schwimmbad, einem Unterhaltungsraum und einem Parkplatz.Das Land ist fruchtbar, daher können verschiedene, für dieses Klima typische Feldfrüchte angebaut werden. Im Winter sorgt die Schneedecke für besonderen Reiz und Genuss. Zahlreiche Waldwege, kleine Flüsse und versteckte Quellen laden zum Entdecken ein.Weniger als einen Kilometer entfernt liegt der See Sinjac, der für seine Tiefe von über 210 m bekannt ist.Die Quelle des Flusses Mrežnica ist 7 km entfernt und die Wasserfälle Slunj und Rastoke sowie der Nationalpark Plitvice sind etwas weniger als 20 km entfernt.Im kontinentalen Kroatien entwickeln sich verschiedene Arten des Tourismus und das Interesse ausländischer und einheimischer Touristen an ihnen wächst.
