Samostojeća obiteljska kuća stambene površine 165m² je sagrađena na zemljištu površine 667m² u lijepoj zaštićenoj uvali na zapadnoj strani otoka Brača.

Kuća se sastoji od:

• Četiri spavaće sobe, i to jedne bračne i tri jednokrevetne, kupaonice, dnevnog boravka, blagovaonice, kuhinje, konobe i WC-a

Sastavni dio vanjskog prostora je i otvoreni bazen s uređenim pripadajućim terasama i adekvatnom strojarnicom. Vodena površina bazena je 7.50x3.50m, dubine 145cm. Bazen ima ugrađenu protustrujnu pumpu i pripremu za ugradnju toplotne pumpe.

Vanjski prostor je visokim ogradama u kombinaciji zidova i zelenila zaštićen od vanjskih pogleda s puta i susjednih parcela. Kaskadno je uređen s likovno pomno sazidanim kamenim zidovima na temu uredne suhozidne gradnje i s kamenim podovima. Dio dvorišta je neposredno vezan uz dnevni boravak. U dvorištu se nalaze i umjetnička djela skulpture i oslikanog kamena.

Hortikulturno uređenje vrtnog dijela posebno je vrijedno u estetskom pogledu. U vrtnom djelu postoji i pet stabala maslina, te po jedna voćka limuna, naranče, grejpa, kunkvaja, smokve, planike i tri stabljike kivija.

Udaljenost od mora je 30m, od centra mjesta cca 500m, a od najbliže plaže cca 300m. Kući pripada i vez za brod.

A detached family house with a living area of ​​165m² was built on a plot of land of 667m² in a beautifully protected bay on the western side of the island of Brač.

The house consists of:

• Four bedrooms, one double and three single rooms, a bathroom, a living room with kitchen and dining space, a tavern and a toilet
• Two-room apartment with a bathroom and a small kitchen
• Spacious yard with a garden and parking
• Covered terraces of 20m² and 8m², equipped with an originally designed stone dining table for 10 people

In the yard there is an auxiliary house that serves as a winter storage, a toilet, a shower, and two more storage rooms.

A few steps down is a larger open terrace with an even larger originally designed stone dining table for 14 people, next to which there is a brick barbecue with a summer kitchen.

An integral part of the outdoor space is also an open swimming pool with furnished terraces and an adequate engine room. The water surface of the pool is 7.50x3.50 m, and the depth is 145cm. The pool has a built-in countercurrent pump and is prepared for the installation of a heat pump.

The outdoor space is protected from external views from the road and neighboring plots by high fences in a combination of walls and greenery. These protective measures provide a sense of privacy, ensuring tranquility. It is arranged in a cascading fashion with artistically meticulously built stone walls on the theme of neat dry-wall construction and with stone floors.
