Wir haben in unserem Angebot eine Apartmenthaus, das sich auf der Nordseite der Insel Ciovo befindet.

Es ist eines der letzten Häuser in der Gegend und bietet einen schönen Meerblick, da es sich auf einer höheren Ebene befindet.

Das Grundstück selbst ist ziemlich groß, fast 700 m² und das Haus selbst hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 260 m², mit zusätzlichen 100 m² Terrassen und Balkonen. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein schöner Garten, der derzeit als Gemüsegarten genutzt wird, aber groß genug ist, um in Zukunft einen Swimmingpool zu platzieren.
