Već prvim korakom kroz vrata i kapiju imanja ulazite u potpuno drugačiji svijet. Stara kamena kuća izgleda gotovo nevjerojatno s debelim kamenim zidovima, otvorenim kaminom, starim okovom za vrata, ručno rađenim pločicama i samodizajniranim slikama od majolike. Svaka od spavaćih soba ima drugu boju. Posvuda ima sitnih, finih detalja koje oko opaža tek pažljivijim pregledom . Želite vidjeti dovoljno lijepih, fino usklađenih i opet šarenih interijera onda morate vidjeti ovu jednistvenu kuću. Vlasnik ove prekrasne kamene kuće uspio je stvoriti koherentan životni ambijent u kojem imate samo jedno na umu - ostati i uživati!
Rijetko veliki vrt koji uokružuje obje kuće izgleda kao bujna zelena oaza s drugog svijeta u čijoj sredini 400 godina stara LADONIJA ponosno izrasta i pruža objema kućama neophodnu hladovinu tijekom ljetnih vrućina. Beautiful property with two houses and a large garden

On the edge of a small village in Istria, in the middle of vineyards and flowering meadows, there is a completely renovated old Istrian house with another smaller guest house. We would say it stands proudly a bit wildly romantic in the beauty of these thick stone walls (partly from the Byzantine period), with a beautifully large, fully fenced garden, a swimming pool with semicircular Roman stairs (approx. 12 x 5 meters) and several terraces, and lots of charm.
There are many houses that often resemble each other. But there are also such unique, incomparable and with a lot of feeling and attention to detail restored to the farthest corners. This country house is one such property.
With the first step through the door and the gate of the estate, you enter a completely different world. The old stone house looks almost amazing with thick stone walls, an open fireplace, old door fittings, handmade tiles and self-designed majolica paintings. Each of the bedrooms has a different color. There are small, fine details everywhere that the eye notices only with a closer inspection. If you want to see enough beautiful, finely coordinated and again colorful interiors then you must see this unique house. The owner of this beautiful stone house has managed to create a coherent living environment in which you have only one thing in mind - to stay and enjoy!
Rarely does the large garden surrounding both houses look like a lush green oasis from another world in the middle of which 400-year-old LADONIA grows proudly and provides both houses with the necessary shade during the summer heat. Under the imposing tree there is a rustic table made of natural stone for common moments in the garden. The water in the pool is ecological with a light base of sea salt. Underwater lighting ensures romantic evenings by the pool.

Large stone house of 156m2 spreads over the ground floor, first floor and attic. The ground floor has a kitchen with dining area, spacious living room with fireplace, which gives this room a special charm. Stone stairs lead to the first floor of the house where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and in the attic another bedroom and bathroom.
The second house of 123m2 is on two floors, on the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, large kitchen and dining room. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Ein magisches Anwesen mit zwei Häusern und grosse Garten

Am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes in Istrien, inmitten von Weinbergen und blühenden Wiesen, befindet sich ein komplett renoviertes altes istrisches Haus mit einem weiteren kleineren Gästehaus. Wir würden sagen, es steht stolz ein bisschen wildromantisch in der Schönheit dieser dicken Steinmauern (teilweise aus byzantinischer Zeit), mit einem wunderschön großen, komplett eingezäunten Garten, einem Swimmingpool mit halbrunder römischer Treppe (ca. 12 x 5 Meter) und mehrere Terrassen und viel Charme.
.Es gibt viele Häuser, die sich oft ähneln. Aber es gibt auch solche Unikate, unvergleichliche und mit viel Gefühl und Liebe zum Detail bis in die hinterste Ecke restauriert. Dieses Landhaus ist ein solches Anwesen.
Mit dem allerersten Schritt durch Tür und Tor des Anwesens betritt man eine komplett andere Welt. Fast fabelhaft wirkt das alte Steinhaus Mit dicken Steinmauern, eigenwilligen Ecken und Winkeln, hier ein offener Kamin, dort alte Türbeschläge, handgefertigte Fließen und selbst entworfene Majolika-Malerei. Jedes der Schlafzimmer ist in einer anderen Farbe gehalten. Allenorts kleine, feine Details die das Auge erst bei genauerem Betrachten erfasst und so schnell nicht mehr los lässt. Man will sich satt sehen an hübschem, fein abgestimmtem und dann auch wieder bunt zusammengewürfeltem Interieur. Die Besitzerin von diese wunderbare Steinhaus hat es geschafft eine in sich stimmige Wohnwelt zu kreieren in der man nur eines im Sinn hat – verweilen und genießen!
Der selten große Garten um die beiden Häuser wirkt wie eine saftig grüne Oase aus einer anderen Welt. Stolz wächst dort mitten im Grünen eine 400 Jahre alte, riesige LADONIA aus dem Boden und spendet beiden Häusern den nötigen Schatten während der sommerlich flirrenden Mittagshitze. Unter dem imposanten Baum steht ein uriger Natursteintisch für romantisch mediterrane Mahlzeiten und sonstige gemei nsamen Momente im Garten. Das Poolwasser ist ökologisch up-to-date mit einer leichten Meeressalzsohle angereichert. Für romantische Abende im Pool sorgt eine Unterwasser Beleuchtung.

Großes Steinhaus von 156m2 erstreckt sich über das Erdgeschoss, den ersten Stock und das Dachgeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Küche mit Essbereich, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, das diesem Raum einen besonderen Charme verleiht.
