Banjevci su selo u općini Stankovci, u središtu Dalmacije i u blizini najvećeg hrvatskog jezera zvanog Vransko jezero. Predmetno zemljište smješteno je uz sami Park prirode Vransko jezero i u blizini vidikovca Kamenjak, prostire se na cca 3.600m2 (na slici označeno kao A-B-C-D-E-A, žute boje) i ima neposredni pristup sa asfaltirane prometnice.

Teren je u blagom padu prema jugu, pravilnog oblika, infrastruktura u blizini (struja i voda uz teren). Na zemljištu je trenutno posađeno oko 20 maslina, stabla badema, oraha itd.. Nalazi se u neizgrađenom dijelu građevinskog područja (uređeno), moguće je graditi zgradu isključivo kao samostojeći objekt (Kig=0,3, Kis=0,9/1,2). Tipovi gradnje:
* tip "A" - max. 2 stana, Po+P+1+Pk, max. BRP 400 m2
* tip "B" - max. 4 stana, Po+P+1+Pk, max. BRP 500 m2
* tip "C" - max. 6 stanova, Po+P+2+Pk, max. BRP 600 m2

Banjevci is a village in the municipality of Stankovci, in the center of Dalmatia and near the largest Croatian lake called Vrana Lake. The land is located next to the Vrana Lake Nature Park and near the Kamenjak viewpoint, on approx. 3,600m2 (marked in the picture as A-B-C-D-E-A, yellow) and has direct access from the road.

The terrain is gently sloping to the south, regular in shape, infrastructure nearby (electricity and water on the terrain). There are currently about 20 olive trees, almond trees, walnut trees, etc. planted on the land. It is located in an undeveloped part of the construction area, it is possible to build a building exclusively as a detached object (Kig=0.3, Kis=0.9/1.2). Construction types:
* type "A" - max. 2 apartments, Po+P+1+Pk, max. GRP 400 m2
