U priobalnom dijelu, 100 metara (7000 kvadrata) od mora PPDNŽ predviđeno je izgradnja bazena, spa, restorana I barova te svih popratnih sadržaja u svrhu postizanja visoke kategorije s obzirom da je u ovom dijelu Prpstornim Planom DNŽ uvjetovana izgradnja hotela visoke kategorije. Građevinski dio pruža se na 9328 kvadrata – T1 zona hotel dok je ostali dio od od 11573 metra kvadratnih predviđen za park I zelene površine (po prostornom planu uvijet 40% površine parcele mora biti pod zelenim nasadima)

3D projekcija prikazuje jedan od mogućih prijedloga ueđenja obalnog dijela sa pristaništem za jahte i ostalim pratećim sadržajima (beach bar, restaurant, vidikovac i park do budućeg hotela)

The land is located at the entrance to the Ston Channel, only 20 nautical miles from Dubrovnik, 3 nautical miles from Ston on one side and the ACI marina Slano on the other.

The land is about 400 meters long, about 70 meters wide and its side part goes all the way to the coast. In the coastal part, 100 meters (7000 square meters) from the sea, the PPDNŽ plans to build a swimming pool, spa, restaurants and bars and all accompanying facilities in order to achieve a high category, since the Regional Plan of the DNZ stipulates the construction of a high category hotel in this part. The construction area covers 9328 square meters – T1 zone hotel, while the remaining 11573 square meters are intended for parks and green areas (according to the spatial plan, 40% of the plot area must be under green plantations).

3D projection shows one of the possible proposals for combining the coastal area with a yacht pier and other accompanying facilities (beach bar, restaurant, viewpoint and park to the future hotel).

Das Land ist etwa 400 Meter lang, etwa 70 Meter breit und reicht in seinem Seitenteil bis zur Küste. Im Küstenteil, 100 Meter (7000 Quadratmeter) vom Meer von PPDN® entfernt, ist der Bau eines Schwimmbads, eines Spas, eines Restaurants und von Bars sowie aller damit verbundenen Einrichtungen geplant, um eine hohe Kategorie zu erreichen, da der Bau eines Hotels der hohen Kategorie in diesem Teil durch den Masterplan von DN® bedingt ist. Der Bauteil umfasst 9.328 Quadratmeter - Hotelzone T1, während der verbleibende Teil von 11.573 Quadratmetern für einen Park und eine Grünfläche vorgesehen ist (laut Raumordnungsplan müssen 40 % der Grundstücksfläche unter Grünflächen liegen).

Die 3D-Projektion zeigt einen der möglichen Vorschläge zur Kombination des Küstenteils mit einem Yachthafen und anderen Begleiteinrichtungen (Strandbar, Restaurant, Aussichtspunkt und Park bis zum zukünftigen Hotel).

Diese Gegend wird Bootsfahrern bekannt sein, da hier im Sommer gerne die Megayachten weltberühmter Geschäftsleute und Leute aus dem politischen Leben ankern.
