Sredstvo osiguranja: depozit u visini tri mjesečne zakupnine i troškova zajedničke potrošnje, uvećano za PDV
Početak zakupa: prema dogovoru i solemnizaciji ugovora
Trajanje zakupa: prijedlog min 3 godine, preferencija ugovor na 5 godina, uz mogućnost raskida u bilo koje doba sa otkaznim rokom od 6 mjeseci – sve prema dogovoru
