OTOK KRK - Hostel sa 18 soba (50 kreveta) i restoranom 250 m od mora

Ugostiteljsko turistički objekt se sastoji od podruma, prizemlja i prvog kata a predan je i zahtjev za izdavanje lokacijske dozvole za podizanje drugog kata.
Podrum je u funkciji ostave i zauzima 100 m2 korisne površine.
U prizemlju se nalazi recepcija, kuhinja sa restoranom (30 sjedećih mjesta unutra i 60 na terasi) i dva toaleta za goste, te dio za osoblje sa garderobom, kupaonom i toaletom. U prizemlju je i 7 soba sa kupaonama od kojih je pet trokrevetnih a dvije su dvokrevetne.
Na katu se nalazi još 11 soba sa kupaonama i to 5 dvokrevetnih, 3 trokrevetne i 3 četverokrevetne.

Objekt je izgrađen 1969. godine te redovno održavan i obnavljan. 2017. godine su zamjenjene sve instalacije vode a 2019. godine sve instalacije struje. Stolarija je PVC sa komarincima i ALU griljama. Na katu su sve sobe opremljene klima uređajem sa inverterom dok sobe u prizemlju imaju mramorne ploče na struju za grijanje i postavljenu pripremu za ugradnju klima uređaja. Objekt je opremljen video nadzorom.

Na uređenoj prostranoj okućnici ukrašenoj mediteranskim biljem ima mjesta za parkiranje velikog broja automobila. Terasa restorana je opremljena velikim roštiljem i ražnjem za pečenje. Djelomično je natkrivena i odlična je za druženja na otvorenom.

The catering and tourist facility consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor, and a request for a building permit for the construction of the second floor has also been submitted.
The basement serves as a storage room and occupies 100 m2 of usable area.

There is parking space for a large number of cars on the landscaped, spacious garden decorated with Mediterranean plants. The terrace of the restaurant is equipped with a large grill and a spit. It is partially covered and is great for outdoor gatherings.

INSEL KRK - Hostel mit 18 Zimmern und einem Restaurant 250 m vom Meer entfernt

Die gastronomische und touristische Einrichtung besteht aus einem Keller, einem Erdgeschoss und einem ersten Stock. Für den Bau des zweiten Stocks wurde ebenfalls ein Antrag auf Baugenehmigung gestellt.
Der Keller dient als Lagerraum und nimmt 100 m2 Nutzfläche ein.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine Rezeption, eine Küche mit Restaurant (30 Sitzplätze innen und 60 auf der Terrasse) und zwei Gästetoiletten, sowie ein Personalbereich mit Garderobe, Bad und WC. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es außerdem 7 Zimmer mit Bad, davon fünf Dreibettzimmer und zwei Doppelzimmer.
Im ersten Stock gibt es 11 weitere Zimmer mit Bad, 5 Doppel-, 3 Dreibett- und 3 Vierbettzimmer.

Die Anlage wurde 1969 erbaut und regelmäßig gewartet und renoviert. Im Jahr 2017 wurden alle Wasserinstallationen und im Jahr 2019 alle Strominstallationen ausgetauscht. Die Tischlerei besteht aus PVC mit Moskitonetzen und Fensterläden aus Aluminium. Im Obergeschoss sind alle Räume mit Klimaanlagen mit Wechselrichter ausgestattet, während die Räume im Erdgeschoss über Marmorplatten mit Strom zum Heizen und zur Vorbereitung für den Einbau von Klimaanlagen verfügen. Die Anlage ist mit Videoüberwachung ausgestattet.

Im großzügig angelegten, mit mediterranen Pflanzen geschmückten Garten gibt es Stellplätze für eine große Anzahl von Autos. Die Terrasse des Restaurants ist mit einem großen Grill und einem Spieß ausgestattet. Es ist teilweise überdacht und eignet sich hervorragend für Zusammenkünfte im Freien.

Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer und die Tradition, mit der diese Einrichtung aufwarten kann, sind ein Garant für eine erfolgreiche Fortführung der Hotel- und Tourismusbranche.

La struttura ricettiva e turistica è composta da un piano interrato, piano terra e primo piano, è stata inoltre presentata richiesta di concessione edilizia per la realizzazione del secondo piano.
Il seminterrato funge da ripostiglio e occupa 100 mq di superficie utile.
Al piano terra si trovano la reception, una cucina con ristorante (30 posti all'interno e 60 sulla terrazza) e due bagni per gli ospiti, oltre ad una zona per il personale con guardaroba, bagno e toilette. Al piano terra si trovano inoltre 7 camere con bagno, di cui cinque triple e due doppie.
Al primo piano si trovano altre 11 camere con bagno, 5 doppie, 3 triple e 3 quadruple.

La struttura è stata costruita nel 1969 e regolarmente manutenuta e ristrutturata. Nel 2017 sono stati sostituiti tutti gli impianti idrici e nel 2019 tutti gli impianti elettrici. La carpenteria è in PVC con zanzariere e persiane in alluminio. Al piano superiore tutti gli ambienti sono dotati di condizionatori con inverter, mentre gli ambienti al piano terra sono dotati di lastre di marmo con energia elettrica per il riscaldamento e predisposizione per l'installazione di condizionatori. La struttura è dotata di videosorveglianza.

C'è un parcheggio per un gran numero di auto nell'ampio giardino paesaggistico decorato con piante mediterranee. La terrazza del ristorante è attrezzata con una grande griglia e uno spiedo. È parzialmente coperto ed è ottimo per riunioni all'aperto.

La posizione nelle immediate vicinanze del mare e la tradizione di cui può vantarsi questa struttura sono garanzia di una prosecuzione di successo del settore dell'ospitalità e del turismo.
