U malom istarskom naselju udaljenom od Buja svega 5 kilometara sagrađena je ova kuća sa predivnim otvorenim pogledom na zapad preko brežuljaka sve do mora.
Kuća je u završnoj fazi izgradnje , a sastoji se od dvevnog boravka, kuhinje, blagovaone i kupatila i u prizemlju dok su na katu smještene 3 spavaće sobe svaka sa svojim kupatilom i terasa.
U prizemlju se gradi velika vanjska terasa sa ljetnom kuhinjom (40 m2), sunčalište i bazen 12x5 m.
Kuća ima i lijepu okućnicu za boravak u prirodnom zelenom okruženju.
Planirani završetak gradnje je kraj 2024. godine.

This house was built in a small Istrian village only 5 kilometers from Buje with a beautiful open view to the west over the hills all the way to the sea.
The house is in the final stage of construction, and consists of a two-bedroom living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom on the ground floor, while on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a one terrace.
On the ground floor, a large outdoor terrace with a summer kitchen (40 sqm), sundeck and swimming pool 12x5 m is being built.
The house also has a nice garden for staying in a natural green environment.
The planned completion of construction is the end of 2024.
