Labin, Građevinsko zemljište od 1200 m2 s pogledom na more. Labin je smješten na istočnoj obali Istre na brdašcu visokom 320 metara udaljenom svega tri kilometra od mora. Nastanjen je već u drugom tisućljeću prije Krista.

The small town of Labin is located on the eastern coast of Istria on a hill 320 meters high, only three kilometers from the sea. It was already inhabited in the second millennium BC.
The old town is full of artistic charm and studios, which are best visited in the summer during the two-month festival of culture and art – Labin Art Republic. The cycling paths in the vicinity of Labin will introduce you to the natural beauty, wine roads, history and ancient legends of this region. The nearby Rabac beaches with pearl pebbles and crystal clear sea are famous as the most beautiful in Istria.

Die kleine Stadt Labin liegt an der Ostküste Istriens auf einem 320 Meter hohen Hügel, nur drei Kilometer vom Meer entfernt. Es war bereits im zweiten Jahrtausend v. Chr. besiedelt.
Die Altstadt ist voller künstlerischer Reize und Ateliers, die man am besten im Sommer während des zweimonatigen Kultur- und Kunstfestivals Labin Art Republic besucht. Die Radwege in der Umgebung von Labin führen Sie in die Naturschönheiten, Weinstraßen, Geschichte und alten Legenden dieser Region ein. Die nahe gelegenen Rabac-Strände mit Perlkiesel und kristallklarem Meer gelten als die schönsten in Istrien.

In der Nähe von Labin, nur 2500 m vom Meer entfernt, befindet sich ein Baugrundstück. La cittadina di Labin si trova sulla costa orientale dell'Istria su una collina alta 320 metri, a soli tre chilometri dal mare. Era già abitato nel II millennio a.C.
Il centro storico è pieno di fascino artistico e di atelier, visitabili soprattutto in estate durante il festival bimestrale della cultura e dell'arte – Labin Art Republic. Le piste ciclabili nelle vicinanze di Labin vi faranno conoscere le bellezze naturali, le strade del vino, la storia e le antiche leggende di questa regione. Le vicine spiagge di Rabac con ciottoli perlati e mare cristallino sono famose come le più belle dell'Istria.

Situato nelle vicinanze di Labin, a soli 2500 m dal mare, si trova un terreno edificabile. Il terreno ha forma rettangolare regolare con lieve declivio verso il mare ed è stato in parte disboscato. Dal campo c'è una splendida vista sul mare e sulla natura.
