Kanfanar, Barat, istarska kamena kuća za adaptaciju

U slikovitom i mirnom istarskom mjestašcu Barat, daleko od gradske vreve i užurbanih sredina, okruženog prekrasnim krajolikom, smjestila se ova kamena kuća za adaptaciju. Kuća je uredno ograđena kamenim zidovima te iako spojena jednom stranom za drugu građevinu, sa sve tri strane ju okružuje prekrasna okućnica na kojoj se nalazi i konoba (lišjera) od 20m2 te cisterna za vodu. Cijeli objekt je površine 318 m2, a sastoji se od prizemlja, prvog kata i potkrovlja. U prizemlju se nalaze trenutno neuređeni podrumi, konobe i garaža, ali u svakoj od prostorija provedene su vodne i električne instalacije. Vanjskim stepenicama dolazi se do prvog kata i stambene jedinice, u naravi dvoetažnog stana koji se sastoji od kuhinje, dnevnog boravka, hodnika, 2 spavaće sobe, kupaonice i prostrane terase. Unutarnjim stepenicama pristupa se potkrovlju gdje se nalazi jedna spavaća soba i trenutno neuređeni prostor pod gredama.

In the picturesque and quiet Istrian town of Barat, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by a beautiful landscape, this stone house for adaptation is located. The house is neatly fenced with stone walls, and although it is connected to another building on one side, it is surrounded on all three sides by a beautiful garden where there is also a 20m2 tavern (lišjera) and a water tank. The entire building has an area of 318 m2, and consists of the ground floor, first floor and attic. On the ground floor there are currently unfinished cellars, taverns and a garage, but water and electrical installations have been carried out in each of the rooms. External stairs lead to the first floor and the residential unit, in the nature of a two-story apartment consisting of a kitchen, living room, hallway, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a spacious terrace. Internal stairs lead to the attic, where there is one bedroom and currently unfurnished space under the beams.

In der malerischen und ruhigen istrischen Stadt Barat, weit weg vom Trubel der Stadt, umgeben von einer wunderschönen Landschaft, befindet sich dieses Steinhaus zur Anpassung. Das Haus ist sauber mit Steinmauern umzäunt und obwohl es auf einer Seite mit einem anderen Gebäude verbunden ist, ist es auf allen drei Seiten von einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben, in dem sich auch eine 20 m² große Taverne (lišjera) und ein Wassertank befinden. Das gesamte Gebäude hat eine Fläche von 318 m2 und besteht aus Erdgeschoss, Obergeschoss und Dachgeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich derzeit unvollendete Keller, Tavernen und eine Garage, in jedem Raum wurden jedoch Wasser- und Elektroinstallationen durchgeführt. Eine Außentreppe führt in den ersten Stock und zur Wohneinheit, im Charakter einer zweistöckigen Wohnung bestehend aus Küche, Wohnzimmer, Flur, 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad und einer großzügigen Terrasse. Eine Innentreppe führt zum Dachboden, wo sich ein Schlafzimmer und derzeit unmöblierter Raum unter den Balken befinden.

Canfanaro, Barat, casa in pietra d'Istria da ristrutturare

Nella pittoresca e tranquilla cittadina istriana di Barat, lontana dal trambusto della città, circondata da uno splendido paesaggio, si trova questa casa in pietra adattabile. La casa è ben recintata con muri in pietra e, sebbene sia collegata da un lato ad un altro edificio, è circondata su tutti e tre i lati da un bellissimo giardino dove si trova anche una taverna (lišjera) di 20 mq e un serbatoio per l'acqua. L'intero edificio ha una superficie di 318 mq, ed è composto da piano terra, primo piano e mansarda. Al piano terra sono attualmente presenti cantine, taverne ed un garage al grezzo, ma in ciascuna delle stanze sono stati realizzati gli impianti idrico ed elettrico. Tramite scala esterna si accede al piano primo e all'unità abitativa, che si presenta come un appartamento su due livelli composto da cucina, soggiorno, disimpegno, 2 camere da letto, bagno e ampio terrazzo. Le scale interne conducono alla soffitta, dove si trova una camera da letto e uno spazio sotto le travi attualmente non arredato.
