By choosing "Price" you set the desired price range

By choosing "Locations" you choose the offered city / municipality or settlement

How to narrow your search?
If you get too many results, narrow your search by selecting a settlement in the city / municipality (Tab "Locations"). If you still have too many results reduce the minimum and maximum price (Tab "Price").

How to expand the search?
If there are only a few properties in the desired settlement, select a wider area by selecting a city / municipality. You can further expand your search by selecting the desired county. Another way to expand your search is to delete both the minimum and maximum price from the price field. You can also extend your search automatically - by clicking on the link - which appears if the system recognizes it that the search result is too small a number of properties.

"Houses" are a type of real estate that is listed unless you select Tag we select another type e.g. “Flats” which will then appear in the Tag.

Additional notes
At the top of the list:
"Result" - shows the number of properties with selected prices and location.
"Sorting" - which can list real estate by criteria: "either cheaper, or more expensive", or newer, or older.

The names of the counties were abbreviated so that they were given the name of a region or larger city in the county. Eg. Istria County was named "Istria" in the List Filter.

Price on request
A good part of the real estate has a "price on request" which the agencies set by entering the number "0" for the desired real estate. If you enter the amount "0" for the minimum price, the real estate with the price on request will also be listed.

Real estate for rent
The basic settings of listing are real estate for sale, and if you want to list real estate for long-term rent on the "More" tab, you need to make a change.

The filter is turned on / off by clicking on the selected TAG.
The filter remembers the selected settings in the current list.
